This series of textbooks will be published successively in 1994 for use in adult higher legal education teaching at law schools and judicial organs, as well as for reference by radio and correspondence universities. These textbooks are guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and implement the spirit of the 14th National Congress. They are organized and written according to the newly established teaching plans. The authors strive to comprehensively and accurately elaborate the fundamental principles, basic knowledge, and essential materials of each discipline, aiming to achieve a balance of scientific rigor, systematic structure, and practicality.
