The Journal of Law of Huaqiao University (hereinafter referred to as The Journal) is an academic law journal independently organized and edited by faculty members of the School of Law at Huaqiao University. 3. The Journal adopts the traditional citation style of academic journals. For details, please refer to the citation style appended at the end of The Journal. When submitting manuscripts, please indicate the author's identity and contact information. If submitting in hard copy, please use a printed version and, if possible, also send an electronic version to the email address appended below (The Journal). For hard copy submissions, please use A4-sized paper for printing, and for electronic submissions, please save the document as a Word document or RTF file and send it as an attachment. For translations in languages other than Chinese, please include the original manuscript and attach a written authorization from the author or publisher for the translation (including via email). The Editorial Committee of The Journal or any of its members shall not be held liable for any issues arising from this.
4. Due to funding constraints, The Journal does not pay authors or translators for their contributions, but each author will receive two complimentary copies of the journal.
