Patient's question:
Please check the general cost of prostatitis carefully.Doctor's answer:
Prostatic fluid, as the name suggests, is the fluid excreted by the prostate. Generally, prostatic fluid is obtained through prostatic massage. Normal prostatic fluid is a thin, milky white liquid. Under microscopic examination: there are some lecithin corpuscles, with less than 10 white blood cells per high-power field, and occasionally sperm. In cases of prostatitis, white blood cells or pus cells may be present per high-power field, sometimes in clusters, with a reduction in lecithin corpuscles, and occasionally trichomonads may be detected. Prostatic fluid can be cultured for bacteria. Prostatic massage should not be performed in cases of acute prostatitis or suspected prostate cancer.
