The book contains approximately 350,000 words and is divided into several sections, including Special Articles, Commentaries, Financial Regulation, Securities Regulation, Fiscal and Taxation Law, Market Regulation, WTO Commentaries, Lessons from Other Countries, Legislation Watch, and Academic Dynamics. Among them, the Special Articles section includes the article "On the Scientific Outlook on Development and the Concept of China's Financial Law" by Professor Yang Youxuan of the School of Law at Peking University. The Financial Regulation section includes the article "On the Balance Between Government Regulation and Market Constraints in Financial Regulation Legislation" written by Associate Professor Zeng Xiaqing, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Finance and Economics Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics. The Securities Regulation, Fiscal and Taxation Law, Market Regulation, and WTO Commentaries sections respectively include articles by legal professionals and economists from relevant disciplines, discussing the improvement of systems in fiscal, financial, and other economic fields from different academic backgrounds. The Lessons from Other Countries section includes the article "Review of Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Theory in Antitrust Law" by Liu Heping and Ni Aibin. The articles in the Legislation Watch section fall under the category of "Teaching by Case," which holds positive significance for reflecting on and drawing lessons from the current economic order in China. The Academic Dynamics section includes the article "Summary of the Symposium on China's Finance and Economics Law Education," intended to broaden the academic perspective of the review and enrich its informational content.
