First, we need to clarify the main rules involved in criminal proceedings, and then provide a detailed introduction to the various agencies participating in criminal proceedings. Next, we will examine the application of these rules, studying the operations of police agencies and judicial authorities, as well as the roles and functions of all parties involved in criminal proceedings from the discovery of crimes, the initiation of prosecution, to the final conviction or declaration of innocence.
