This revision follows the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Determination of Civil Tort Compensation for Spiritual Damage and the newly issued Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Adjudicating Cases of Personal Injury Compensation, summarizing and drawing on the legislative and judicial practices in the preparation of the Civil Code's Tort Law in recent years. The book has been completely rewritten in terms of its format and content, forming Spiritual Damage Compensation – Centered on the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on Spiritual Damage Compensation, and is published in conjunction with Personal Injury Compensation – Centered on the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on Personal Injury Compensation.
