The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged according to the administrative divisions approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative regions with more than two items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This collection is published in twelve issues per year, with one issue per month. This is the twelfth issue of the 2007 annual collection, including five regulatory documents and fifteen departmental rules filed with the State Council published in November 2007. It also includes one regulatory document and two judicial interpretations published in September 2007, and one judicial interpretation published in October 2007, totaling twenty-four items.
