Chapter 3: Parties and Related Parties of Life Insurance Contracts. Life insurance contracts involve many participants, but their legal status in the contract varies greatly. Different legal statuses determine the rights and obligations they enjoy in life insurance contracts.
Chapter 4: Formation and Effectiveness of Life Insurance Contracts. Introduces the general procedures for contract formation and, in connection with life insurance practice, breaks down the procedures for forming life insurance contracts, conducts legal analysis of several key steps, and also introduces the time and conditions for the effectiveness of life insurance contracts.
