Features: Based on the new changes in China's legislative situation in the past two years and the Supreme People's Court's Catalogue of Interpretations Issued Before 1999 to Be Abolished, we have made corresponding deletions, revisions, and replacements of the abolished laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations. Additionally, we have added a number of important, widely applicable, and highly practical laws and judicial interpretations based on the content of the Supreme People's Court Gazette in the past two years. In this volume, as many as 18 new laws and judicial interpretations have been added. To seriously implement the Central No. 11 Document, effectively address the issue of "enforcement difficulties," and meet the needs of enforcement work in various People's Courts at all levels, the Supreme People's Court's Enforcement Office led the effort to organize the joint writing of Enforcement Practice of People's Courts with enforcement personnel from local courts.
