The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged according to the administrative divisions approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative regions with more than two items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This collection is published in twelve issues annually, with one issue per month. This issue is the 12th issue of the 2006 annual collection, including 4 laws and decisions on legal issues, 4 administrative regulations, 9 regulatory documents, 27 departmental rules filed with the State Council, and 1 judicial interpretation published within December 2005. It also includes 4 regulatory documents and 3 judicial interpretations published from October to November 2005. In total, 52 items are included.
