Features: According to surveys, both teachers and students place great importance on the combination of teaching materials and legal documents in the process of "teaching" and "learning." However, a common issue is the lack of a well-established resource that can be conveniently adopted. Many teachers have to constantly photocopy relevant materials and distribute them to students, which is highly inconvenient. Therefore, we decided to organize the publication of the "Teaching Regulations" series to meet the needs of faculty and students in law schools. This series consists of over 20 volumes, published according to the core or major courses set in China's higher education legal education. Each book is closely aligned with the textbook, arranged as much as possible in the order of textbook chapters, and includes important laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. It should be noted that, considering the needs of teaching, we have also included some documents that have been abolished or provided a comparison between old and new versions.
To help faculty and students make more effective use of this series, we have included a "Study Notes" section. Its purposes are twofold: first, to note the question-setting trends of past judicial examinations (including the Bar Examination); second, to serve as a space for readers to take notes during their studies. Additionally, this series provides annotations for key laws. During the editorial process of this series, we consulted the opinions of some law schools across the country. The creative ideas for the topics, the arrangement of the content, and the selection of documents all benefited greatly from the support of relevant teachers in related disciplines. We sincerely express our gratitude for their assistance.
