1. Due to the large number of laws with various sources in China and the frequent amendments, revisions, and abolitions, as well as the increasing diversity of case types, we have compiled this series of books to facilitate judicial personnel, administrative enforcement personnel, lawyers, and other citizens by organizing and editing various legal documents involved in handling specific types of cases.
2. The first batch of this series plans to introduce approximately 50 legal bases for civil, economic, administrative, and criminal cases, including labor disputes, road traffic accidents, medical accidents, housing demolition, enterprise bankruptcy, marriage inheritance and custody, real estate development and operation, and the purchase of commodity housing.
3. In terms of format, the series organizes relevant and currently effective legal documents based on the characteristics of handling different types of cases or the chapter order of the main laws in relevant fields. Some books include legal document formats or model texts at the end to enhance convenience and practicality.
4. In the future, we will continuously introduce new products based on practical needs and reader demands to better serve our audience. At the same time, we will also update the content of the series in a timely manner in line with legislative achievements and new characteristics of case types.
5. During the compilation of this series, we received support and assistance from colleagues at the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the General Office of the State Council Legal Affairs, and other central authorities. We sincerely express our gratitude. At the same time, due to the urgency of the timeline, there may be shortcomings in the book, and we welcome your criticism and corrections.
