1. Due to the large number of laws with various sources in China and frequent amendments, revisions, and abolitions; at the same time, cases of different types are increasing, to facilitate judicial personnel, administrative law enforcement personnel, lawyers, and other citizens, we have organized and compiled various legal documents involved in handling a specific type of case, creating this series of books.
2. The first batch of this series plans to introduce approximately 50 types of legal bases for civil, economic, administrative, and criminal cases, including labor disputes, traffic accidents, medical accidents, housing demolition, enterprise bankruptcy, marriage inheritance and custody, real estate development and operation, and the purchase of commodity housing.
3. In terms of format, based on the characteristics of handling different types of cases or the chapter order of the main laws in relevant fields, we have compiled relevant and currently effective legal documents. Some books include legal document formats or model texts at the end to ensure convenience and practicality.
4. In the future, we will continue to introduce new products based on practical needs and reader demands, better serving our readers. At the same time, we will also adjust the content of the series in a timely manner in line with legislative achievements and new characteristics of case types.

During the compilation of this series, we received support and assistance from relevant colleagues at the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the General Office of the State Council Legal Affairs, and other central authorities.
