Features: The General Provisions section of the Enterprise Accounting System stipulates that in order to regulate the accounting of enterprises, provide true and complete accounting information, and in accordance with the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, this system is formulated.
Article 1: Except for enterprises that do not raise funds externally, have small operating scales, and financial and insurance enterprises, all enterprises established within the People's Republic of China (including companies, the same below) shall implement this system.
Article 2: Enterprises shall formulate accounting methods suitable for their own businesses based on relevant accounting laws, administrative regulations, and the provisions of this system, without violating the requirements of this system, and in accordance with the specific conditions of their own enterprises.
Article 3: Enterprises shall fill in accounting vouchers, register accounting ledgers, and manage accounting archives in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Work Norms of Accounting, and the Accounting Archives Management Measures.
Article 4: Accounting shall take the various transactions or events that the enterprise engages in as the object, recording and reflecting the enterprise's own production and business activities.
Article 5: Accounting shall be conducted on the premise of the enterprise's continuous and normal production and business operations.
Article 6: Accounting periods shall be divided, and accounts shall be settled and financial accounting reports shall be compiled in periods. Accounting periods are divided into annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods. Annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods are all determined according to the Gregorian calendar. Semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly periods are collectively referred to as accounting mid-periods. This book includes: the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Financial Accounting Reports of Enterprises, etc.
