Features: In contemporary China, the strategy of "governing the country according to law" has been formally enshrined in the Constitution, achieving a constitutional status. To trace and explore a socialist rule of law path with Chinese characteristics, and to transform the textual provisions of the Constitution into reality in China, has become an urgent task we face. The purpose of this book is to analyze the most suitable model of the rule of law path for China by examining the development trends of Chinese society, providing helpful references for the choice of China's rule of law path. Based on the dualistic theory of human social order and the theory of market economy order, the book analyzes the specific pathways for building a rule of law society in China. The author argues that China's current "government-led" rule of law model must transition to a "naturally evolving" rule of law model. This transformation must be based on the formation and improvement of the market economy and guaranteed by the perfection of democratic institutions and the rise of the legal profession.
