Features: With the deepening trend of global economic integration, anti-dumping, as a legal remedy for countering the low-price dumping of foreign products, has been increasingly used by more countries and regions in recent years to protect their domestic industries. The number and value of anti-dumping cases worldwide have greatly increased, involving more and more products, which has also led to a large number of anti-dumping disputes. As a part of the WTO Anti-Dumping Series, this book collects six anti-dumping disputes involving Guatemala, Thailand, Argentina, and Egypt that were heard by the Expert Group and Appellate Body from January 1995 to December 2003 in chronological order. It aims to promote a deeper understanding of the Expert Group reports and Appellate Body reports on WTO anti-dumping disputes, thereby facilitating the accurate interpretation and application of the Anti-Dumping Agreement, mastering WTO anti-dumping rules, responding to anti-dumping investigations against Chinese products abroad and the dumping of foreign products in China, and cultivating China's anti-dumping talent.
