Features: With the deep development of China's market economy and the entry into the WTO, the trend of financial internationalization has taken shape. As a financial legal system that adjusts currency circulation and bank credit, it will play an increasingly important role in standardizing financial legal practices, maintaining financial order, and ensuring the correct formulation and implementation of national monetary policies. Therefore, studying and exploring financial legal norms and interpreting complex financial legal issues in commercial practice have been placed before us. Based on this, I invited several colleagues who are both familiar with financial law theory and engaged in commercial law activities to start from the basic theories of financial law, conduct an in-depth study and discussion on the legal practices and credit and settlement business of the central bank and commercial banks, and provide profound explanations for the difficult issues in certificate of deposit business, securities business, bill business, insurance business, and letter of credit business. This book highlights the following four characteristics: First, the interpretation of the legal system focuses on grasping the legislative intent, and the reference materials are authoritative; Second, it emphasizes the basic rules of the market economy and integrates commercial law theory into the market economy; Third, it organically combines the hot and difficult issues of financial law in judicial practice, studying them from the perspective of both legislation and adjudication; Fourth, this book is not only applicable to legal research and teaching but also provides strong guidance and practicality for those engaged in financial law practice, with comprehensive and rich content.
