Features: This book is divided into four major parts. The first part introduces the necessary prerequisites for learning MFC program design, including the basic concepts of Windows programming and advanced topics in C++. The "Prerequisites for Learning" is quite subjective, but based on my personal learning experience and teaching experience, my selections should be quite convincing. The second part introduces the Visual C++ integrated development environment and tools. This part is just an outline and does not aim to replace the Visual C++ user manual. However, for those who are experienced with software tools, this part may be sufficient to help you master the Visual C++ integrated environment. The use of tools may not be considered a science, but it plays a crucial role in visual software development and should not be underestimated. The third part introduces the concept of the application framework and the MFC core program, which refers to the program code generated by the Visual C++ tool AppWizard. Of course, AppWizard will generate different program code based on your selections, and what I explain is the product under the most common options. The fourth part takes the Scribble sample program provided by Microsoft on the Visual C++ CD as the main focus, adding new features step by step and deeply introducing core technologies such as RuntimeTypeInformation (RTTI), DynamicCreation, Persistence (Serialization), MessageMapping, and CommandRouting. These are the parts that are often missing in other books. The chapters following this part are somewhat separate from the Scribble program. This book includes a CD-ROM containing all the source code and executable files mentioned in the book.
