Features: The fourth edition of "An Introduction to the Law of International Business Transactions" was written by three co-authors based on the previous two editions. We have added chapters on international trade in goods, doing business in non-market economies, doing business in developing countries, and import/export regulations. Special emphasis is placed on the International Sales Contract Convention recognized by the United States. This new edition has been substantially revised to reflect changes since 1988, including the "Single European Act," the "1988 Omnibus Trade and Competition Act," changes in non-market economies, and the greater economic integration achieved in the Western Hemisphere through the "U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement" and the foundational work for the "North American Free Trade Agreement."
