Is there any problem with the prostatic fluid report?

Patient's question:

I am 23 years old. After ejaculation, I have prolonged rectal pain. There are no obvious symptoms of frequent urination or urgency, but I often experience lower back pain. The color of my semen is slightly yellow, and my deep sleep quality has been very poor for a long time. On the 22nd, I had two detailed tests of prostatic fluid at the Urology Department of People's Hospital.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Your test results are not indicative of prostatitis. The routine prostatic fluid report mainly includes two items: lecithin corpuscles, which should be 75% (i.e., 3+) or higher; and white blood cells (WBC), which should be less than 10 per high-power field (HP). If they are lower or marked as 10+ or higher, it indicates inflammation. Of course, some non-bacterial prostatitis may also show normal results upon careful routine examination. Additionally, a comprehensive microbiological examination must be conducted to detect blood-borne pathogens that can cause urinary prostatitis. Common blood-borne pathogens include Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Escherichia coli, Mycoplasma species, Chlamydia species, various viruses, various fungi, and Trichomonas, among others.
