This series of teaching materials is based on the "Basic Requirements" and "Training Specifications," featuring comprehensive content, a well-structured layout, and concise language. It adopts a "problem (task) driven" writing approach, making it easier to stimulate learning interest. Selected examples are integrated with key knowledge points, enhancing readability, operability, and practicality. It includes hands-on guidance and training tutorials, facilitating student practice and improvement. Electronic teaching plans and program source codes are provided to meet the needs of multimedia teaching for instructors. This book is a supplementary experiment and training manual for "Visual Basic Visual Programming Tutorial" (edited by Shen Xiangjiu), and is divided into four parts:
Part 1 is the Visual Basic learning guide, exercise solutions, and supplementary practice questions. It provides learning objectives, key points, and difficulties for each chapter of the textbook, along with detailed reference answers to the exercises at the end of each chapter. Additionally, each chapter includes supplementary practice questions with detailed answers.
Part 2 is the experimental guidance, which carefully designs and arranges hands-on experiments corresponding to the content of each chapter in the textbook. Each experiment provides specific operation steps, detailed analysis, and reference source codes. This not only helps beginners quickly master the knowledge but also facilitates further learning and improvement.
Part 3 is the course design training, which includes two carefully selected design topics (exam answer system and student information management system). Each topic provides a functional introduction, specific requirements, detailed design steps, and reference source codes for each functional module. This significantly promotes and assists students in systematically and comprehensively applying the knowledge learned in the Visual Basic course to improve their application development skills.
Part 4 is the appendix, which includes the Visual Basic Level 2 examination syllabus and recent past written examination papers (with reference answers), benefiting readers preparing for the National Computer Rank Examination Level 2 Visual Basic.
All the examples provided in the book have been tested and run successfully in the Visual Basic 6.0 environment. The source codes can be downloaded from the China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Press website at: http://www.waterpub.com.cn.
This book can be used as an experimental and training textbook for Visual Basic programming in various vocational and technical schools, as well as a self-study supplementary book for various proficiency exams, the National Computer Rank Examination, and general readers.
