How can it not be wrong after the seminal fluid does not liquefy?

Patient's question:

I have been married to my wife for many years, and we have not used any contraception, but we have never been able to conceive. After checking at the hospital, I found out that the doctor said my semen does not liquefy. How does semen not liquefy occur, and how does it affect fertility? How can it be treated?

Doctor's answer:

1. Insufficient kidney yang, leading to cold coagulation of semen. Clinical manifestations: Semen does not liquefy, or liquefies incompletely, with clumps or jelly-like masses; scrotum and testicles feel cool or cold; soreness in the lower back and knees, aversion to cold, and limbs feel cold. Pale tongue with thin white coating, deep and slow or deep and wiry, or fine and weak pulse. Miscellaneous diseases: Tonify the kidney and yang, dispel cold, and warm and liquefy semen.
2. Deficiency of kidney yang, leading to virtual fire refining semen. Clinical manifestations: Semen does not liquefy, slightly reduced semen volume, yellow and thick in color; high libido with easy arousal and ejaculation; dizziness, tinnitus, neurasthenia, and forgetfulness; dry mouth and dry eyes. Red tongue with thin yellow coating or little coating, fine and rapid pulse. Miscellaneous diseases: Nourish yin and clear heat, and vaporize semen.
