Will early puberty affect height?

Patient's question:

I am 15 years old. Height 170cm. Had my first ejaculation at 13. Later, I had SY for a year and have now quit. I have a lot of body hair. I started growing armpit hair in sixth grade. None of my peers have grown any yet. I've also started my voice change. Is this considered precocious puberty?

Doctor's answer:

You don't need to be nervous right now. It does have an impact, but it's not significant. The main issue is your bone health. Now, you can get your bone age checked in a timely manner. If it hasn't closed, you can continue growing. Then comes a series of exercises, diet, and sleep. Try eating fish and shrimp rich in calcium, bone broth, and playing basketball.
