How to treat abnormal sperm reasonably

Patient's question:

I have been married to my wife for many years, and we have not used any contraception, but we have never been able to conceive. After checking at the hospital, we found out that it was due to abnormal sperm. How can abnormal sperm be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Normal human semen also contains abnormal sperm. The causes of high abnormal sperm count include urinary and genital tract infections, orchitis caused by the second-order neurons of mumps, epididymal tuberculosis, varicocele, etc. These can all interfere with sperm quality; the use of hormones or certain chemical drugs, such as anticancer drugs, reserpine, busulfan, and furan derivatives, can cause sperm to develop immaturely; exposure of the gonads to radiation can lead to drastic changes in sperm; prolonged high fever in the scrotum, chronic alcoholism (especially high-concentration spirits), can all cause sperm to become deformed.
