Features: This book explains how to control multifunction acquisition cards through programming in VISUALBASIC. Multifunction acquisition cards enable automated control and measurement operations, while VISUALBASIC is a simple and easy-to-learn programming language. The combination of the two is widely used in industrial control today. This book details how to control multifunction acquisition cards using the VisualBasic language. Multifunction acquisition cards can achieve automated control and measurement operations, and VisualBasic is a simple and easy-to-learn programming language. Their combination is highly versatile in current industrial control applications. The book is divided into 9 chapters and 2 appendices. Chapters 1 and 2 provide a brief introduction to the basic principles of signals, sensors, and data acquisition cards. Chapter 3 covers the communication principles between VisualBasic and control cards. Chapters 4 and 5 discuss analog signal acquisition. Chapter 6 covers digital input/output control. Chapter 7 explains timer/counter control. Chapter 8 discusses the time domain and frequency domain of analog signals. Chapter 9 discusses system setup from a holistic perspective. The book is structured to combine practical examples with step-by-step explanations. The appendices include references and additional content. This book is suitable for readers with some understanding of control cards who need to further master VisualBasic programming for control and application development. It is also suitable for engineers in related industrial fields to self-study.
