How should one cleverly handle not climaxing?

Patient's question:

Feeling very uncomfortable in the private area, that feeling can't be described, it affects work and life very much, it's very annoying. How should I treat it if I don't ejaculate?

Doctor's answer:

Ejaculatory dysfunction typically refers to a condition where the penis can achieve normal erection and sexual intercourse, but fails to reach sexual climax or obtain sexual pleasure, and cannot eject semen; or in other situations, semen can be ejected but not inside the vagina. Both conditions are collectively referred to as Ejaculatory Dysfunction. Organic Ejaculatory Dysfunction is more common in congenital abnormalities of the urinary and reproductive system, spinal cord injuries, vas deferens obstruction, certain cranial inflammatory conditions, overly loose female vaginal anatomy, and the use of certain medications. It is less common than psychogenic Ejaculatory Dysfunction. Ejaculatory Dysfunction can interfere with perinatal health and may lead to male infertility. Additionally, due to the lack of sexual climax during intercourse, sexual interest is significantly reduced, often accompanied by decreased libido. It may also lead to emotional crises between partners, and it is important to seek medical attention proactively.
