Features: "Decomposition and Integrated Application of the Patent Law" is structured around the Patent Law, the Detailed Rules of the Patent Law, and the new judicial interpretations of the Supreme People's Court, with the specific provisions of relevant legal norms as the warp. It provides a comprehensive and systematic decomposition and integration of the application of the law. The book is divided into 15 chapters and 99 categories, covering general provisions of the Patent Law, the attribution, transfer, and licensing of patent application rights and patent rights, the conditions for granting patents, patent applications, the examination and approval of patent applications, patent terms, suspension, and invalidation, compulsory licensing for the implementation of patents, patent protection, patent registration and the Patent Gazette, patent applications by foreigners, special provisions on international applications, patent principles, legal protection for integrated circuit layout designs, legal protection for plant varieties, and administrative protection for pharmaceutical and agricultural chemical products. The relevant laws, regulations, and departmental rules included in the book are adopted in their entirety or excerpted as appropriate, depending on the circumstances. Issues involving the same document (or the same legal provision) are appropriately repeated under their respective categories to reduce the inconvenience of searching and reviewing. Documents that are not suitable for decomposition are grouped together with the more significant issues they relate to. For less significant issues, the "See" method is used. The book's organization is designed to minimize repetition and facilitate easy reference, but due to the limitations of the authors, various omissions may exist. We sincerely welcome criticism and corrections from readers.
