Why do children get transparent blisters on their lips?

Patient's question:

A transparent blister has appeared on the child's lips, and it's not clear what it is. I suspect it might be a canker sore.
Onset and duration of the current illness: It has been about a month.
Previous diagnosis and treatment history and effectiveness: The doctor said it was a viral infection, but the medication didn't help.
Additional question (2007-1-31 5:07:56): On the lower lip, applying goose fat ointment makes it disappear, but if I don't apply it for two days, it reappears. There are no other symptoms on the body, and everything else is fine.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, is your child still breastfeeding? First, avoid eating too much salt in your diet. If you eat too much salt, the child may get a heat rash. Also, if your child drinks milk, the milk should not be too thick—add more water. Open the windows more often to ventilate the room and keep the indoor temperature from being too high. In short, don’t let the child get a heat rash, as it may cause clear fluid-filled blisters on the lips. For reference.
