Beautiful nurse Bai Lan and handsome photographer Lu Feng are a couple about to walk down the aisle. On the day they were supposed to register for marriage, they went to the frontline to fight against SARS, undergoing a thrilling life-or-death test and weaving a deeply moving love story. After Lu Feng was struck down by the SARS virus, he was admitted to the isolation ward where Bai Lan worked. Under her watchful eyes, she spun the most beautiful lie in the world. When all medical measures proved futile, Bai Lan bravely used her own blood to save her lover's life. Due to her weakened immune system, Bai Lan contracted SARS. When Lu Feng finally recovered, he realized that the person who had been caring for him and saving his life with blood was none other than his lover. At that moment, Bai Lan's life was slowly wilting under the ravages of the SARS virus. Could love once again create a miracle?
