Features: The China Interior Design Annual Competition, organized by the Interior Design Branch of the China Institute of Architecture, has successfully been held for 8 editions. The works submitted for this competition first draw attention to the presence of many new young designers, especially those from remote areas, participating in the competition. This reflects the rapid growth and increasing proficiency of young designers in China. In the past two decades, China's interior design industry has developed rapidly, with numerous outstanding designers creating high-standard design works. The overall improvement of the more than 200,000 designers across the country is crucial. Only with a large number of high-level designers and well-supported design firms can society's needs be met, and the quality of living environments in China can be fully enhanced. This is something we hope for in the majority of young designers who make up the design community. We hope that this young platform of the competition can play a role in showcasing and nurturing outstanding young designers. We also warmly welcome young designers from all walks of life to use this platform to display their talents and styles, to learn from and inspire one another, and to quickly improve their design skills.
