Features: According to the relevant provisions of the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China," in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organized relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for E-commerce Professionals" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this profession and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of occupational activities, job content, skill requirements, and knowledge levels, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this profession.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the relevant technical specifications. It ensures the normalization of the "Standard's" format while reflecting the characteristics of being job-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this standard divides the profession into four levels, each including four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, job requirements, and assessment weight.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners. The main contributors to the writing process include Yang Jianzheng, Li Kefei, Zhou Zhaoxiong, Song Wenguan, Fan Yueying, Jiang Xuping, Sun Jian, and Zhang Lihong. The main reviewers include Song Jian and Yang Jianzheng, to whom we extend our gratitude.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and will take effect on May 1, 2001.
