Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee decided to introduce the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level for applicants with equivalent academic standing. Starting from September 1, 1999, obtaining the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level" in the relevant discipline has become a necessary prerequisite for applicants with equivalent academic standing to obtain a master's degree. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the awarding of master's degrees to applicants with equivalent academic standing, and it is an important part of the national assessment of the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees. In 1998, we organized experts to compile and publish the "National Unified Syllabus and Guidelines for Comprehensive Academic Level Examination in Computer Science and Technology for Applicants with Equivalent Academic Standing." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of recent years' unified examinations. The revised syllabus (Second Edition) will serve as the basis for the unified examination questions for applicants with equivalent academic standing in the discipline of computer science and technology in the coming years, providing a reference for universities and colleges in related teaching and tutoring, as well as a reference for candidates in reviewing and preparing for the examination.
