Features: The second paragraph of Article 3 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (Trial Implementation)" in 1982 stipulates: "People's courts shall apply this Law when hearing administrative cases." At the same time, more than 130 separate laws and regulations specifically define the scope within which citizens, legal persons, or other organizations may file administrative lawsuits against the actions of administrative organs against their specific administrative acts. It can be said that from that time onward, China's administrative litigation system began to take shape. Starting in 1988, people's courts across various regions began to establish administrative adjudication divisions one after another. This book attempts, through legal analysis of some administrative cases, to explain on one hand the basic principles of administrative law and China's fundamental administrative legal system from a certain perspective, and on the other hand, to focus on cultivating students' ability to analyze, think about, and solve practical administrative cases from a legal perspective, thereby improving the comprehensive qualities of law students. During the writing process of this book, reference was made to some administrative law cases that have been publicly published or published, and the collectors of these cases are sincerely thanked. This book is a case textbook specially compiled to support the teaching of administrative law. The case commentaries made by the compiler are interpretive from an academic perspective, and this should also be noted by the readers.
