Features: Starting from 2007, the subjects of the National Public Administration Master (MPA) Professional Degree Joint Entrance Examination were adjusted. The original four subjects—Foreign Language, Comprehensive Knowledge, Management, and Public Administration—were changed to three subjects: Foreign Language, Comprehensive Knowledge, and Public Management Basics. Management and Public Administration were merged into Public Management Basics. The Public Management Basics section of this edition of the exam guide was rewritten based on the original Management and Public Administration content, retaining relevant material from the previous book while also referencing and drawing on domestic published public management monographs and textbooks. This book emphasizes both the comprehensiveness and systematic nature of the knowledge while also focusing on its application in the exam. On the basis of comprehensive content, it highlights key points, striving to clearly and thoroughly explain the key, difficult, and exam-relevant points to help candidates strengthen their weak areas.
