Features: This book was born to address the shortcomings of "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation." Legal provisions are the foundation of the judicial examination. After understanding the meaning of the provisions and clarifying their application relationships, it is advisable to do some exercises to better prepare for the examination. This book lists a large number of exercises to meet the candidates' demand for practice, serving as both supplementary material for reading "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation" and a spice to make the dry legal provisions more engaging. It can directly improve your scoring ability in the exam. Regarding the content of this book, the following points should be noted:
(1) The format and arrangement of this book are the same as those of "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation," still categorized by subject. In terms of the order of arrangement, this book corresponds one-to-one with "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation."
(2) Under each major subject of law, there is a 2006 question prediction and analysis ranging from hundreds to thousands of words. It briefly introduces the scoring record and special features of the law, supplemented by example questions to help readers understand the examination characteristics of this subject and arrange their study plans accordingly.
(3) For each subject of law, a large number of supplementary exercises are listed. A large number of exercises are arranged following the same logic as the legal provisions listed in "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation," with answers provided. Due to formatting constraints, these exercises currently only include multiple-choice questions and have not yet included case analysis questions.
(4) The exercises listed in the "Supplementary Exercises" section can be roughly divided into three categories:
1. The provisions being tested are those explained in detail in "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation." For this type of exercise, we have added the notation [×Key Provision: Page ×] before each question, indicating that the question tests the provision numbered × on page × of "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation." More than 90% of the exercises in this book fall into this category.
2. The provisions being tested are those listed in "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation" but not explained in detail or mentioned. For this type of exercise, we have directly marked the relevant regulation and article of the provision being tested before each question. The number of such exercises is relatively small, with over 40 in the entire book. They serve to fill in the gaps left by "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation."
3. The knowledge being tested is the basic theoretical foundation of the subject of law and has no direct corresponding provision. For this type of exercise, we have directly marked "Theoretical Question" before each question. The number of such exercises is also relatively small, with about 30 in the entire book, which also helps to address the shortcomings of "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation" in theoretical explanations.
Regarding the use of this book, the following suggestions are provided:
(1) It is best to complete the exercises corresponding to each subject of law in this book after effectively reviewing each subject of law in "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation."
(2) When studying each subject of law, especially major ones (such as Contract Law, Criminal Law, or Procedural Law), it is best to complete all the exercises in one go and then check the answers. For any unclear points or incorrect questions, take the time to review and study the relevant sections of "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation" until fully understood.
(3) In the overall study plan, this book is best used in the middle to late stages, particularly after May or June. Since this book is a supplementary guide to "Key Legal Provisions Interpretation," it does not cover subjects such as Jurisprudence or Legal History, and much of International Law is also excluded. For knowledge points in these subjects without corresponding provisions, readers should master them through other means. Here, we remind candidates to firmly grasp the only basis for examining these knowledge points—the textbook—and can refer to relevant supplementary materials to effectively understand and memorize the content.
