Patient's question:
I have been sick for a while. Recently, I often have a frequent urge to urinate, urinate frequently, and even see blood in my urine. It feels very painful. Could you please ask the doctor what are the symptoms of male prostate calcification disease?Doctor's answer:
Prostate calcification disease in males may present with the following symptoms:1. Urinary Symptoms: Frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, burning sensation in the urethra, incomplete urination with dribbling, sometimes difficulty urinating, and nocturia.
2. Urethral Leukorrhea: White secretions may drip from the urethral opening during the end of urination or defecation.
3. Pain Symptoms: Due to persistent chronic inflammation, severe tenderness and a sense of fullness may occur in the perineum, anus, and scrotum. This pain can often radiate to the suprapubic region, lumbar-sacral area, bilateral inguinal regions, and perineum, and may also cause lower limb pain. Symptoms are generally more pronounced in the morning.
4. Changes in Physiological Function: Premature ejaculation, nocturnal emissions, reduced libido, or premature ejaculation may occur. Some patients may experience painful ejaculation and hematospermia.
