Features: This book is divided into eighteen chapters. The first nine chapters constitute the first major part, i.e., the administrative law section; the last nine chapters constitute the second major part, i.e., the administrative litigation law section (including state compensation and state compensation). This part can be further divided into four smaller parts: , two intervals for , which respectively study the concepts, scope, functions, and sources of administrative law and administrative law. When studying the sources of administrative law, special emphasis is placed on detailed explanations of administrative legislation, legal interpretation, and basic principles of administrative law. Chapter 3 is the second part, studying the various subjects of administrative law, separately exploring administrative organs and organizations authorized by laws and regulations as administrative subjects, civil servants and other administrative public servants as implementers of administrative acts, and individuals and organizations as administrative counterparts. The third part is the third part, and the fourth to eighth chapters are the third part, and the ninth is the fourth part. The second major part can be divided into four smaller parts: Chapter 10 is the part, which respectively studies the purpose, function, and basic principles of administrative litigation. For the basic principles, this chapter does not provide a comprehensive discussion but instead focuses on selecting the most important ones that have a decisive meaning for the entire administrative litigation system, such as the "principle of legality review," for in-depth analysis and elaboration. Chapters 11 to 16 are the second part, the seventeenth is the third part, and the eighteenth is the fourth part.
