Features: To promote the professional training and skill assessment of property management personnel, and to implement the national vocational qualification certificate system among property management professionals, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, after completing the formulation of the "National Vocational Standard for Property Management Personnel," organized experts who participated in the writing and review of the "Standard," along with other relevant experts, to compile the National Vocational Qualification Training Course — the Property Management Personnel Series Course. The "Course" is closely aligned with the "Standard" in content, striving to embody the guiding principle of "orienting toward professional activities and focusing on professional skills," highlighting the characteristics of vocational training. Structurally, it is organized in a modular format, targeting the fields of professional activities of property management personnel, and divided into three levels: Property Management Personnel, Assistant Property Management Specialist, and Property Management Specialist. In this set of "Course," the "Fundamentals of Property Management" volume covers the "Basic Requirements" of the "Standard"; the "Property Management Personnel," "Assistant Property Management Specialist," and "Property Management Specialist" volumes cover the "Work Requirements" for the three vocational levels in the "Standard," respectively. Among them, the "Basic Operations" and "Related Knowledge" content correspond to the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" in the "Standard," respectively. The National Vocational Qualification Training Course — Property Management Personnel Series Course is applicable for the training and assessment of the national vocational qualifications at Level Four, Level Three, and Level Two of this profession. It is recommended as a supplementary textbook for vocational skill assessment.
