To facilitate readers in comparing the securities legislation of mainland China and Hong Kong, this book also includes selected legal norms of securities trading in Hong Kong. At the same time, to reflect the development and changes of China's securities market, the book also appends a chronology of major events in China's securities market, materials related to listed companies, introductions to securities trading institutions, and securities intermediary institutions.
