"The original idea was to create a book of sheet music. Until one day, I suddenly received a mysterious package from Rochester. Inside was a scrapbook that had been documenting Leehom's life since 1976. I casually opened it and was stunned—there were all the unforgettable moments of Leehom's growth from birth to the present. That's how an unexpectedly developed 60,000-word story about 'love' came to be."

The original idea was to create a book of Leehom's sheet music. Everything else was an accident. I can't even distinguish when those gradually deepening accidents occurred at different turning points, which made us so deeply drawn and even unable to pull ourselves away. I admit that this metaphor is actually quite strange, but this experience is truly very close to a detective novel.
