Author: Cheng Choufu

Publish Date: 2002-02-01
Features: This book selects and compiles over 150 common internal medicine diseases, organized into 10 chapters by system. Each disease is divided into an overview, diagnostic key points, differential diagnosis and complication diagnosis, general treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, Western medicine treatment, and prescription examples. At the end, an "Appendix" is included, mainly introducing "Examples of Internal Medicine Document Writing" and "Standards for the Efficacy of Internal Medicine Diseases." During the writing of this book, we actively sought the intersection of traditional Chinese and Western medicine while adhering to clinical diagnostic and treatment thinking. We outlined the key points, emphasized the essentials, and paid attention to the balance between detail and brevity. In the brief sections, we provided summaries of the main points; in the detailed sections, we ensured thoroughness without being overly verbose. For example, treatment methods are presented as clinical prescriptions, accompanied by precautions and prescription examples, aiming to remind readers and set clear guidelines, much like a mentor teaching face-to-face. This is intended to achieve the goal of imitation and application. The diagnostic section of this book adopts modern diagnostic standards, including differential diagnosis and complication diagnosis, gradually deepening clinical diagnosis. The treatment emphasizes both fundamental principles and basic therapies while incorporating recent research advancements in modern traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The names of the drugs used are standardized, dosage is based on the "Pharmacopoeia," and measurement data are presented in legal units, with old units noted in parentheses for reference. This effectively reflects the practicality, novelty, and standardization of the book.
