Features: According to the requirements and commission of the People's Medical Publishing House, the authors have compiled and drawn the "Practical Head Acupuncture Meridian Diagram" and its explanations, in both Chinese and English, for reference in learning head acupuncture and medical education. To meet the needs of different readers and various occasions, the diagrams are printed in two versions: large format and large 16K, for readers to choose from. The large format diagram consists of 3 sheets. It includes 7 diagrams of the "International Standard Acupuncture Point Names · International Standard Head Acupuncture Meridian Names" published by the World Health Organization, 2 diagrams of head acupuncture techniques, 3 diagrams of important central areas of the cerebral cortex, the structure and layers of the scalp, and the blood vessels and nerves of the scalp (top of the head). Additionally, it includes 6 diagrams of Jiao Shunfa's head acupuncture stimulation zones, for those still in use, and to facilitate alignment with international standards. The large 16K diagram includes 18 color diagrams, with the same arrangement order as the large format diagram. The explanations are divided into 6 chapters. The brief history of head acupuncture, head acupuncture theory, and the anatomical organization related to head acupuncture belong to the basic part of head acupuncture; the location and indications of head acupuncture points, the treatment methods of head acupuncture, and the clinical applications of head acupuncture belong to the clinical application part. The two parts are mutually complementary and easy to understand. For convenience in reading and application, line diagrams are inserted in the explanations. In addition to the international standard head acupuncture meridians, the related meridian points, extra-meridian points, and Jiao Shunfa's head acupuncture stimulation zones are also discussed.
