Patient's question:

Initial symptoms are hematospermia, feeling very tired, and later it was diagnosed as seminal vesiculitis. How should initial seminal vesiculitis be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Acute cases present with lower abdominal pain, radiating to the perineum and both inguinal regions. Chronic cases may experience recurrent suprapubic discomfort accompanied by perineal discomfort. Pain symptoms intensify significantly during ejaculation.
Symptoms: May include fever, chills, and rigor, which are systemic manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. Hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. In chronic cases, symptoms include ejaculation pain, low libido, premature ejaculation, and nocturnal emissions. It is recommended that patients take diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills.
During treatment, recurrence should be prevented, and sexual activity with a partner, drug use, and other harmful habits are strictly prohibited.
