As a group of community youth who are out of school, unemployed, or neglected, some individuals in this group may face social exclusion and marginalization even in early adulthood or childhood, with this marginalization worsening and putting them at risk of being excluded from the institutionalized participation mechanisms of social systems. Their space for growth and development is stifled, which can easily lead to feelings of deprivation and strong dissatisfaction with society, resulting in psychological crises and subsequent social crises. According to research by relevant experts, creating social mobility mechanisms is a fundamental aspect of a harmonious society. By studying community youth issues and strengthening support measures for this group, opportunities can be created to help them achieve upward mobility, gradually participating in social, economic, and political life, improving their status as a disadvantaged group, which will undoubtedly be highly beneficial to achieving the goal of a harmonious society.
In summary, community youth are a part of the broader youth population. Whether or not their issues of being out of school, unemployed, or neglected are fundamentally resolved not only affects the healthy growth and development of this group but also their family harmony and happiness.
