Features: I started drinking herbal tea on the most frustrating day of my life, when my long-term lover parted ways with me for various reasons. Suddenly, all our past became just a mark. As a result, my neglected heart and stomach both fell ill. The doctor advised me that drinking coffee was harmful to my health, and I should avoid it completely. So, I decided to quit coffee and bid farewell to past wounds. Without coffee, I always felt like something was missing from my life, as if she had suddenly disappeared from my world, leaving me with a hollow feeling of emptiness. Some people say the best way to overcome a breakup is to pour your heart into a new relationship, but how easy is that? Love is so short, while forgetting is so long. Just then, herbal tea entered my life, not through another girl. Herbal tea replaced coffee with unprecedented gentleness. I always felt a kindred spirit with herbal tea, as both heartbreak and dried flowers are blooms that wither before they bear fruit. To love is to know the weight of love; to be drunk is to know the depth of wine. The blooming and wilting of flowers teach us the sweet and bitter tastes of deep love and wine. I believe the plants on the earth are a mysterious language and messenger of communication between nature and humanity. In the herbs, there is life and death, joy and sorrow; in the herbs, there is life, fate, and the imprints and signals of the soul. Listening to them, touching them, we can reach many unknown places. And herbal tea is an extension of nature—roses, rosemary, chamomile, thyme, lavender, and other flowers and herbs sway in a glass pot, quietly waiting for 5 minutes. The deep golden, clear tea water that flows out warms my hands and heart as I hold the cup. With every sip, the gentle floral aroma listens to my pain and offers heartfelt comfort. Watching these flowers and herbs sway in the pot, I suddenly perceive a philosophy of life. I believe I am not just drinking the fragrance of flowers and herbs, but the taste of sunlight and wind, the life experiences of every bloom and blade of grass. In the afternoon, brewing a pot of herbal tea—whether it’s a soothing, comforting tea for the soul, a sweet and happy tea for joy, or a magical tea that sparks inspiration—I leisurely gaze at the myriad scenes of life outside the window. Life philosophy is such a readily available thing at the corner of the street. Life Zen, Zen life, all in the swaying of the herbal tea in the glass pot.
