The structure of this issue of the Shanghai Financial Stability Report is as follows: Part I is the overview, which provides a general assessment of the financial stability in Shanghai, evaluates the achievements and issues requiring attention in recent years' financial stability work, and puts forward policy recommendations for maintaining financial stability. Part II focuses on Shanghai's economic characteristics, analyzing the impact of economic performance on financial stability from aspects such as macroeconomic operations, real estate industry changes, and balance of payments. Part III primarily discusses the impact of the operation, reform, and development of the financial industry on financial stability. Part IV mainly explores the relationship between the operation and development of financial markets and financial stability. Part V primarily reflects the challenges posed by the construction of Shanghai as an international financial center to financial stability. Part VI mainly analyzes the relationship between the improvement of financial infrastructure and maintaining financial stability. Each part of the report also includes relevant special columns and case studies to further illustrate related issues.
