Features: Since 1999, the Jintaiqiang Design Award has successfully held six editions. Today, it has become a renowned brand of design competitions for Chinese university students. With its influence and appeal among students, each edition of the competition has sparked a wave of participation enthusiasm across various art and design institutions nationwide, and the quality of submitted works has been improving year by year. To provide a free stage for young Chinese design enthusiasts to showcase their creativity and a broad space to enhance their professional perspectives, enabling more young designers to grow and mature through the "Jintaiqiang Design Award," this year's competition has expanded its participants to include university students worldwide of Chinese descent and has been renamed the "Jintaiqiang Design Award 2005 Global Chinese University Student Graphic Design Competition." This year's competition is organized by the Changjiang Art and Design College of Shantou University and sponsored by the Li Ka-shing Foundation.
