Features: How legal education can be combined with social practice, especially in alignment with the National Judicial Examination system, has been one of the key concerns of higher law schools in recent years. However, despite all institutions recognizing the National Judicial Examination system as the "guiding force" for reforming legal education in China, no new reforms have been implemented in full-time legal education so far. The reason lies in the ongoing debate over the nature of legal education, which has become an obstacle to reforming full-time legal education. From the perspective of the nature of legal education, if adult education continues to adopt the models and methods of full-time undergraduate legal education, it may not meet the needs of working professionals seeking further education. The training objectives of adult education are geared toward cultivating professional legal talents, and their primary purpose, in addition to acquiring knowledge and addressing practical work challenges, is largely to prepare for the National Judicial Examination.
