The Powerpuff Girls rushed into the Mayor's house and surprisingly found Mrs. Smith and her two children, Julie and Bud, rearranging furniture! "What are you doing in the Mayor's house?" Mommom looked at them suspiciously. "Before my husband Harold comes back, we need to clean up here," Mrs. Smith replied. "But you don't live here!" Bubbles scolded. "We will move here soon," Mrs. Smith said. "Harold plans to take over the Mayor's position this evening, which is why we borrowed Miss Bellen. Harold needs an assistant." "What did you do to Miss Bellen?" Bubble asked. "Oh, we locked her in the closet and will let her out when we need her," Mrs. Smith replied casually. Mommom rushed to the closet, broke the lock, and found Miss Bellen inside! "Miss Bellen, are you okay?" Mommom asked with concern. "Hmm, I'm fine. How is the Mayor?" Miss Bellen said. "Harold is helping the former Mayor find a new job," Mrs. Smith explained. "Then where is Mr. Smith planning to help the Mayor find a job?" Mommom asked. "Doesn't Mr. Smith used to work at a mustard jar factory—or the one time before we sent him to jail?" Bubbles remembered. "Mustard jars were his life before you ruined him!" Mrs. Smith exclaimed excitedly. "That must be the place," Mommom said. "Let's go there quickly! We can deal with Mrs. Smith and her troublesome children later." The Powerpuff Girls first took Miss Bellen back to the Mayor's office, then went straight to the mustard jar factory. There, the Powerpuff Girls indeed found Mr. Smith, teaching the Mayor how to fill mustard jars with hot mustard. And the Mayor was trapped inside one of the jars! P6-7
