My dad said that when introducing himself, one should put the surname first. Five years ago, by chance, I started a cooking show for Western cuisine on Beijing Television, and also wrote columns about Western food in several fashion magazines. I teach everyone how to make simple, delicious Western dishes that suit Chinese tastes. Over the years, I’ve gradually become immersed in this field. I’ve come to realize that in the world of food, there’s a vast territory beyond Chinese cuisine waiting to be explored. I’m happy to share what I’ve discovered with others; I’m proud to contribute to one of the five senses (sight, hearing, taste); and I hope to create a dish or a flavor that brings you joy!
